I am moving into this beautiful home in Grive Park that is on top of a hill. 2650 sq ft. You will have your own room and bathroom. Share the living spaces, kitchen, laundry room, dining, and family room. I love to cook and don't mind sharing. Just not everyday. Lol i have a son who is with me he will be 10 next month. I also have a chill dog named Lelah and Siamese cat named Sinatra who are very chill when in the house. They won't be bothering you. House is on top of a hill with many parks and the beltline close by. I need someone who can commit to a lease. If fir any reason things don't work out I will find someone else to come in the lease. I do know the owner. Any questions just ask. I am pretty down to earth and love peace and respect and give the same.
