It's a pre war building; you'll be sharing a bathroom and kitchen with two other women, myself included. We have hybrid schedules during the week. Laundry in building. New windows recently installed and a new fridge and stove than those from the photos. This isn't the bougie, rooftop, pool in building type of place. It's a pre war building with 6 floors and tree lined blocks, huge rooms and windows. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés in the area, 10 minute walk from the Brooklyn Public Library. Ideal tenant is a light packer and lives minimally.
