I need a housemate ASAP to help cover rent and other expenses. I have a spare fully furnished room available and ready! Rent is $ 900/month and includes utilities and parking. Plus a 300$ move in deposit. I myself am a very easygoing and relaxed person who usually keeps to myself but does enjoy other people's company.
