Hi, my name is Christopher. I am a 41-year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent. My budget is $600-700, I work full time and a LOT, gone majority of the day and typically back around 7-9 ish. very clean, neat and organized. I don't have tons of stuff either. Ive been in skilled trades my whole life and able to fix MOST things around the house if need be. not loud, no pets. I am allergic to cats, pretty bad. I wont be having people come and go, if anything I go to visit my friends and family. I dont drink or do drugs, a pretty good cook too, respectful of others space, friendly, personable, super easy to get along with!
