Bottom floor bedroom is larger than avg and has a lot of privacy being the only bedroom on the that floor, but adjacent to the garage. Second bedroom is available on the 2nd floor and shared that level with the kitchen. 3rd bedroom is on the top floor and shared that level with the master. Utilities will be shared, including internet. No pets, must be ok living with cats
