1 bedroom apt in central Austin

说明

I’m looking for someone to take over my one bedroom apartment at Korina at the Grove, 4424 Jackson Ave, Austin. You can choose a move-in date anytime from November 10 through January 10. Rent is $1,887/month plus utilities, and the lease runs through June 25, 2027. The apartment is on the 4th floor, faces the pool, and gets lots of sunlight. I’m also offering a cash bonus to help cover part of the rent during the roughly months remaining on the lease. I will also cover the application fee. If you’d like to stay longer, you can discuss an extension with the leasing office and renew your lease with them. Message me if you’re interested or want more details!
