I'm renting 1 bedroom in a shared apartment where only you and I will live. Rent & Amenities: $1,100/month (all utilities included except electricity; we split the monthly electricity bill 50/50). Room includes a smart TV, 2 bookshelves, a drawer, and your own closet outside the bedroom. Extra air conditioner for your room during summer. Clean, well-maintained bathroom and kitchen. House Rules: Must be reasonably clean and clean up after yourself. No overnight guests or visitors. No loud parties or excessive noise. No smoking, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or drugs. No e-bikes inside the apartment. No pets. No loud phone calls or cooking with excessive noise after 10 PM. Respectful and preferably friendly roommate. This is a calm, quiet home—not a party apartment.
