hi! i have 2 rooms opening up in a 6bed/2bath duplex in crown heights. the lease starts december 1st and lasts a year. the upstairs room is going for $1075 a month, the downstairs room is going for $875 a month. the apartment is a 6 minute walk from the franklin C train and a 8 minute walk from the nostrand A/C station. there’s also a super nice grocery store a block away! you’ll be living with one NB person, one guy, and two girls (including me). one roommate has a few birds who live in their room, and there are two cats in the apartment (including my cat). my cat stays in my room, the other cat occasionally roams the common areas. the apartment has a private backyard and a separate private entrance to the building’s shared laundry room which makes laundry day very easy. we are looking for an applicant who is kind, considerate, quiet (especially in common areas), and most importantly, clean. giving preference to female applicants or applicants with a friendly cat we are trying to find some people to submit applications by the end of the month! i’m available to give ft tours of the common areas starting friday through next week. i’m working on getting video tours of the rooms from my roommates who are moving out, but the upstairs room is the one with the wooden floors, the downstairs room is the one with tile floors. guarantors are accepted, and you will need photo ID and 2 months of paystubs / proof of income to apply if you are interested, send a message with a little bit about yourself
