Roommate Needed - $1,350 Master Bedroom + $150 Utilities (2 bed 1 bath) in Huntington Beach (Flexible Move‑In October) Hi everyone! I am looking for a new roommate since my sister will be moving out sometime in October (so the move‑in date is somewhat flexible.) We’ve lived in this apartment for 5 years, and it’s genuinely one of those rare Huntington Beach finds: spacious, and in an awesome location for the price. 🏡 About the Apartment: • Located in Huntington Beach, directly across from Bella Terra
• Quick access to the 405 freeway
• 15–20 minutes to Newport, Costa Mesa, and surrounding areas
• Over 1100 sq ft, super roomy
• 1 bathroom with a dividing door between the shower and toilet area
• Master bedroom will be yours - large, bright, and private
• Rent: $1350/month
• Utilities + monthly cleaning: ~$150/month
• Month‑to‑month, but ideally looking for someone who wants to stay 6+ months
• First + last month’s rent required as security deposit
• Fully furnished living area, with potential option to have bedroom furnished About Me: I work hybrid, am laid‑back, clean, organized, and love a peaceful home environment. I’m hoping to find a clean, chill, respectful girl who:
• Has a relaxed vibe
• Is non‑smoking
• Doesn’t have regular overnight guests
• Helps keep shared spaces tidy and cozy
• Can send proof of consistent income I’ve absolutely loved living here - it’s truly a great spot for someone who wants comfort, convenience, and a calm home. If you’re interested or know someone who might be, feel free to message me! Happy to grab coffee and chat and have you tour the place to see if it’s a good fit.
