Any younger (20-30 years old) women or men (preferably a woman) looking for an house to rent in the ball state area? A friend and I are looking for 1-2 roommates. We would love if you would be interested in doing a weekly bible study with us!For more info please comment and I’ll PM. Rent is $1000 a month and would be split between the 3-4 people. This price does not include utilities. This place is in Muncie close to BSU, down town, and the fair grounds. More about us: we are both in our low 20s women that work and don’t go to school. We have dogs and cats, we go to church every Sunday and young adults almost every week (we go to Union Chapel so if you go too that’s a plus).
