Roommate needed 10/9/2026- 1 Room for rent with a shared shower bathroom upstairs and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. My house is a 2 bedroom townhouse in historic Village Green in Baldwin Hills. $1500/month utilities included, parking available, laundry on. Queen bed frame available with room. You will have access to a magical large outdoor green space with big old trees. I live here with my daughter who lives here half the time. Animal friendly.
