My roommate and I are searching for someone to rent our 3rd bedroom by end of month. We are hoping to find someone that we could see ourselves being friends with. We keep our home very clean and expect you to clean up after yourself and the bathroom. I would be willing to make my master suite available but the rent would be $1700 in that case, the room pictured has a shared bathroom with Benjamin. The room has a walk in closet and it is very large. It comes fully furnished with a wide low sitting long dresser with a mirror, a corner desk, tv, night stands, mattress and bed frame. The rent is $1300 per month but that will include utilities and internet. Essentially $1,200 plus $100 for utilities due on the 1st of the month. The home is located in Irvine about a half mile from the 405. We have a deep freezer and a mini fridge as well as an air fryer, microwave oven, blenders, crock pot, pots and pans and you are welcome to use any of it but must keep it clean. I have a dog and a cat that also live here so you must be good with animals.
