Looking for a quiet, respectful female commuter preferred flight attendant roommate (either line holder/reserve is fine) to share a one-bedroom shared house or a Russian speaking house. No pets, nor overnight guests, except close family members (parents or siblings) with advance notice. No minimum/maximum nights spent in the place per month. Keeps language PG-ish, no full-time sailors please. I may or may not be there every night of a month, but I also keep busy around Philly often (I love Philly) & would appreciate someone with a similar mindset. Early to bed when possible, early to rise, generally active. I have furniture, including a twin bed if it's needed. Along or very close to airport / 37 / 108 bus between Snyder St./South Philly & Essington/Lester OR near 30th St station in dream world, but will consider others. 💰 Rent: $350 each-$425 absolute max each including utilities. Total apartment rent $700-$850 month which would include utilities ((appointment Sat. fits the max)). 🧹 Cleaning products up to each person. 🏠 Expectations: The goal is a space that is always very welcoming to sleep. If in the bedroom, use a small low handheld light when other is sleeping, keep screen brightness low. Shades/curtains/blinds stay closed when sleeping. If in the bedroom use headphones or subtitles when watching/listening to something, when someone is sleeping. Close/open doors quietly. If you have a call, please be on the quieter side with your volume, or talk in the hallway/outside. No alcohol. No smoking anything of any kind, no vaping. No incense. If the AC/heat is on, the windows should be shut. If the windows are open, AC/heat should be off. Turn off fans & lights when leaving. Clean up after spending time in the kitchen, bathroom, wherever. Look behind yourself. Do a scan or two of the space you used before leaving rooms. Clean up all hair in bathroom every time you use the bathroom. Just being honest and looking to save money for more travel.
