You’ll have a private bedroom and private bathroom, plus access to your own full-size private refrigerator. All utilities are included, so there are no extra monthly utility bills to worry about. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with access to the community pool, and one of my favorite features is the stunning backyard overlooking the lake, with a walking trail nearby. It’s a peaceful and relaxing setting that’s perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, taking a walk, or unwinding after work. I’m clean, considerate, dependable, and easygoing. I enjoy good conversation and being friendly, but I also respect privacy and personal space. I’m looking for someone who feels the same way—friendly, independent, responsible, and respectful of the home. I’m not looking for a party house or someone who brings a lot of people over.
