Looking for a roommate in Rogers Park! 🏠 It’s a 2 bed/1 bath first-floor duplex with a shared living room. Rent is $1,630 total ($815/person), with a move-in date of October 1. The apartment is unfurnished, has laundry machines in the building, free street parking, and the lake is about a 20-minute walk away. Devon Market, Target, and plenty of restaurants are nearby for food/groceries. Utilities (gas/electric + internet) aren’t included and have been around $100/month during the summer. Cats are allowed! The available room is slightly smaller than mine.
