Hi! I’m Pouya, a college student and full-time employee in Irvine. I’m looking for a private room in Irvine, Tustin, Lake Forest, or nearby areas, preferably around $1,000–$1,200/month. I’m clean, responsible, respectful, and easygoing. I’m usually busy with work and school and always pay rent on time. I’m looking for a comfortable place with enough space for a TV and my PS5 setup. I’m respectful of shared spaces and other people’s privacy. I’m open to living with friendly and respectful roommates and would prefer a longer-term stay.
