Hey there! We have a large, spacious, and private one-bedroom available for rent in a shared 2nd-floor apartment next to Edgewood Park. We are two nonbinary artists new to the New Haven area, excited to connect with the community and looking for someone to share a space with. We are open to renting to individuals and couples alike! We love cooking, fashion, playing board games, spending time outside, and seeing theater shows. The property is No Smoking; however, we are 420-friendly, so if you are a smoker, just be prepared for some pleasant walks around Edgewood Park. The room comes unfurnished. Common spaces are furnished but we are open to changing the space up to make room for additional furniture. Shared spaces include a beautiful living room, eat-in kitchen, one bathroom with TONS of storage, a communal office, and a large balcony! We also have a washer & dryer IN-UNIT and not coin-operated! Rent is $1200, with shared utilities estimated to be around $100/person. Looking for a roomie who is queer-friendly and loves dogs, as we have one lil old man who lives here.
