Beautiful, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 20th floor in Charlotte. The apartment has a private balcony, separate laundry room, spacious living area, and high-end furnishings throughout. The apartment comes completely furnished, including two TVs, an espresso/coffee machine, kitchen essentials, and everything you need to feel at home. We’ll be clearing out our personal clothing and drawers/closets so you’ll have plenty of storage space during your stay. The building has amazing amenities, including a rooftop pool, full gym, parking garage, outdoor grills and lounge areas. We absolutely love living here and are only subleasing because we’ll be spending time in New York. We’re looking for someone who will take great care of the space while we’re away. $4,900/month furnished Happy to send additional photos/videos or answer any questions! Open to dates!
