Two of us have found a first floor 3BR in Oak Hill and need a third before we can sign. Lease isn't signed yet, that's why the room is still open.
$600/month each. Private bedroom. Water and sewer included. Off-street parking, laundry on site, renovated kitchen and bath. Basement with lots of storage and a backyard! One bathroom shared between three.

Roughly 10 minutes to Providence, 4 minutes to the I-95 on-ramp. Bus nearby, but a car or bike helps.
You'd be on the lease directly with us as a co-tenant & of course no money changes hands before signing!

No cis men, queers & artists MUCH preferred.
