Hey! I am looking for someone to sublease my room for the Spring 2027. It is located right outside downtown so you are able to walk to and from class but don't have to pay downtown apartment prices. You would be living with 1 male roommate who I've known since freshman year.
Rent cost: 775 per month included parking and utilities and WiFi included, except electricity.
Lease Term: January 2027 - April 2027
