This bedroom is available for sublease! House has two cats living there, room for one or two more cats. Small cat friendly dogs may be considered, large yard! Current roommates are ages 26-34, working professionals or in grad school! Super close to OSU VET and Medical campus, as well as Carmenton labs. The house does have central AC, but attic rooms have additional ac window units. New flooring in room, holds queen bed and two dressers currently with a small desk, with additional closet in hallway. Depending on your needs, an 8-drawer dresser or queen bed could be negotiated for an additional cost. There is a car port which roommates alternate by the season and parking in front! Laundry in basement and lots of room for storage!
