Rent price is negotiable depending on situation. House is 2540sf and other room is occupied by adult daughter. Female tenant preferred but will consider male if background checks out. No more pets, two cats are in the house. 4 miles from Navarre Beach. Shared bathroom. Fully furnished if needed.
