Looking for roommate

THE UNIT: 2 bed 2 bath apartment at Mira Santi Luxury Apartments. Images are just their standard advertised images. I have not secured the apartment, as I am waiting to find a roommate to split the cost. The application fee will be waived due to my employment, and the unit is on sale for 4 weeks free on a 12 month lease. We would need to figure out the garage space since it is limited, but I do have a short car (civic hatchback) and if your car is also short, both would fit, or we can split a $145 monthly charge for an extra garage. Total cost of the rent and utilities (not including garage) should cost around $2400 per month, so $1200 each, just depends on what we select for a unit if not the 1262 square foot room I am interested in. ABOUT ME: New to the Chandler area for work at Intel. Soccer player, gym goer, yogi, and future graduate student. I keep my space clean, cook once or twice per week, I don’t smoke, and I drink on very rare occasions. I have traveled a lot and speak fluent Spanish. Looking forward to building a life here in Arizona.
