Looking for a new roommate on the UES! My roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take her spot in our apartment.
82nd St between 1st & 2nd Ave - great area, super convenient and close to everything. The room is a flex bedroom with curtain dividers, so just being transparent, there’s not much soundproofing. I wake up around 5 AM for morning runs, but I’m very quiet, so it shouldn’t really be an issue. A little about me…I’m fun, social, easygoing and pretty easy to live with 😊 I love being active, going out, traveling, and meeting people. I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe - friendly, chill and respectful. I genuinely don’t care if it’s a girl or a guy, gender is not a factor for me at all. I just want to find a good, compatible person to share the apartment with!!!! Lease signed by end of September, for a year minimum Move-in: Oct 20 or Nov 1
$1450 + ~$60–70/month for electricity and internet My roommate also has some furniture she can leave behind for an additional fee if needed.
