I have a room for rent in a quiet, safe, family-oriented home off the 5 freeway and El Toro Road, $1,150 month, single occupancy only. One full bathroom shared with one tenant. Seeking a full-time employed working professional (20s–50s) with stable income, references from past roommates and employer, and valid U.S. ID or equivalent form of ID. No pets or children, no drug use or partying, and no frequent overnight guests (max two nights per week). Tenant should be clean, respectful of shared spaces, and maintain a routine schedule. Home currently has four residents (three immediate family members and two long-term tenants) and one large, friendly dog (must be comfortable around dogs). Amenities include laundry access, shared kitchen with scheduled use, Wi-Fi, and assigned cabinet/closet space. Street parking is available nearby or directly Infront of the house. Convenient location close to parks, hiking trails, shops, restaurants, and freeway access. Security deposit equal to half a month’s rent and a signed rental agreement required.
