Rent: $850/month Deposit: $500 Lease: month-to-month Available: now 4 people currently live here. We're friendly, creative and independent, and we keep the home clean and relaxed. This isn't a party house. We're looking for someone reliable, considerate, communicative and respectful of shared spaces. The screening process includes an application, photo ID, income verification.
