Nice kitchen with new appliances and sweet view of garden and courtyard, plenty of plates and pots and pans.
Street parking if you're lucky.
5 min walk to hip Franklin St and less hip Manhattan Ave, 10 min walk to G train, 15 min walk to Bedford L train. Bathroom is next to your room and shared.
