Looking for someone to rent one room for $1500, or the master bedroom for $2200 (private bathroom, fridge, sink, wrap-around balcony and roof access with a wide city view). Walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants, parks, gardens, movie theatres, and public transportation. I have a really cool cat so looking for roommates with no cats or dogs. I’m also an artist with a music studio downstairs & paintings. It is a relaxed homey vibe and creative environment, and roommates are expected to help clean the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, etc) to keep the energy clear. Rooms open up around November.
