• Landlord offering 6-month, month-to-month lease
• Off-street parking / quiet setting, many wooded acres behind house
• No smoking in house Current Tenant:
• 65 y.o. male / alcohol-free, but ok with being around it / non-smoker / past professional work life & still working daily / have no pets & don’t plan to / quiet, responsible & respectful lifestyle
• I am not the landlord. Tenant Sought / 1 person only:
• 40+ y.o. / no pets / no stay-over children
