Looking for a roommate to take over the other bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath on Monument Ave. 15 min walk from Carytown, 20 min walk from VCU. Parking available in the back. In unit washer dryer and dishwasher. Rent is 725 a month, all utilities included aside from Electric. Looking for someone to move in ASAP. Security deposit is 1,088 (725 + half a month of rent) and covers all of September, 630+ credit score and leasing insurance required. Lease runs from September 2026 to August 2027.
