It’s a safe, peaceful neighborhood — about 10 minutes to the beach, and 1 mile to the Trader Joe’s shopping center, restaurants, and shops on El Camino Real. Partially furnished room (bed, bedside table, and shelving) plus private bathroom and in-unit laundry. There’s plenty of parking, along with a detached garage for extra storage (boxes, a bike, etc.). Out back is a big private patio with nice hill views, and the home has a cozy fireplace and open living/dining area. The community also offers 2 pools and jacuzzis, a golf area, and pickleball courts. A bit about me: I work remotely but like getting out of the house often — into the outdoors, coffee shops, farmers markets, the gym, biking, walking, the beach and cooking/grilling.
