I am a junior (3rd year) Rutgers - New Brunswick student.
Rent options: sharing a room with me or the study room.
*NOTE* The size of the bedroom and the study room is attached in the photos.
Maximum 2 occupants allowed.
I would prefer the roommate to be an undergraduate male who is hygienic. Although I wouldn't mind if anyone else was looking and reached out for housing.
Being Hygenic is a must.
