ISO private renter I’m a single mom of 2 daughters, I currently left a DV situation and have about 25 days to find a safe place for me and my kids. I’m looking for a private renter that doesn’t do credit checks, my abuser did in fact mess my credit up and so it’s not the best. Looking for at least a 2 bedroom, and I can afford $700/month.
