Fully furnished 1 bed/1 bath in 2 bed/2 bath apartment available immediately! Hi all,
I am 26F looking for a female roommate (or a couple) to add to my 2b/2b apartment starting immediately. The lease would extend to the end of May 2027 and rent is $1082/month per person without utilities. The apartment is fully furnished and has central air/heat, in-unit laundry, available parking, and other amenities! There are also several biking and hiking trails within walking distance of the complex if you’re a fellow nature enjoyer. The location is close to Epic (8 min drive), about 5 minutes driving distance from several grocery stores off McKee, and approximately 20 minutes from downtown Madison. I’m primarily looking for someone who loves cats (I already have 2 so cannot take in any more sadly) but they are very sweet and cuddly and love attention:) More about me: I like to hike and bake, and I sometimes host movie nights with a small gathering of friends, but I’m definitely more on the introverted side and prefer the apartment to be relatively quiet.
