The lease was renewed for one year on 7/1/26, so you will be taking over for the remainder of the current lease (9 months). Rent: $2025/month
Electricity, gas, and internet are all separate. Electricity and gas are billed based on usage, and internet will be $42.50/month per person. About me:
I’m 26M who’s originally from New Jersey, and I work in real estate in Chelsea. I go into the office 5 days a week, and work Tuesday - Saturday. I love going to the gym, exploring new restaurants/bars in the area, watching sports, and playing video games. I’m a big fan of quiet nights in, but also love going out every now and then. The room itself features plenty of natural light, as well as plenty of space for any additional furniture such as a desk for any individuals who work from home. The building is roughly a 10 minute walk from the 1st Ave subway station, and is also very close to the M8, M9, and M14 bus lines. It is less than a block away from the closest laundromat, and roughly a block from the nearest grocery store. The building also features key fob access, an elevator, and intercom system.
