Looking for a roommate in our beautiful 4 bed 2 bath home in Delray Beach near Atlantic Ave/downtown delray!
We are all young and hardworking guys that keep the place clean and were seeking a fourth roommate that will mesh well with us.
Rent is $1300 a month and that includes EVERYTHING, even a cleaning lady. Household goods like paper towels, toilet papers, and soaps are included as well.
Room is furnished but I could remove stuff if you want to bring your own.
To move in must pass a background check and have rent/security deposit of $1300. so total is $2600

I have 2 of these homes that I rent by the room, this is not the one I live in but am close buddies with the current tenants so I could either meet you at the place to show it or one of the current guys can go through it with you if I'm not available
