Deposit: $925 Pet deposit: $150
Monthly rent: $925 (1st month free!)
Monthly utilities: $60~$80
Lease start: Available Immediately
Lease ends: August 31, 2027
Landlord does a background & credit check Details:
- near 68th and Lowell, 15 min north of downtown Denver
- 1 large bedroom with a closet - 2 bed, 1 bath, quiet neighborhood
- big fenced in backyard
- 2 parking spots plus street parking - New washer/dryer
- brand new carpet & kitchen appliances
- storage shed & garden beds out back - several grocery stores & food markets nearby
- quick access to downtown, i-25 & i-70 Rent is $925/month + about $60~$80 in utilities. (the landlord covers the water bill)
I already have 1 gig fiber internet set up, so no issues if you work from home. Minimum lease: you'd be joining the existing lease! It started on July 15th and ends Aug 31st, 2027.
