This is a lease agreement, I attached a picture of what will need to be done. There is about 5 months left on the lease it is up in March of 2027. Utilities are not included in monthly price which will be split between us including water, electric, and WiFi. The room is NOT furnished but the rest of the place is. You will be free to use whatever you like with obvious exceptions.
