The apartment is spacious, furnished except for your space, and keep clean/asthma friendly (low fragrance/no smoking/ no animals). There is an in unit washer and dryer, large walk in closets, nice landscaping and gas stove/heat. $500 dollar deposit and must be able to pass landlord background check. This is a sublet contract, and I am the primary lease holder.
