Rent is $1200 per person and utilities (water, electricity, WiFi) are usually under $100 per person per month. I also have a sweet 3 year old cat named Miss Girl who is both indoor and outdoor. She is super friendly and loves to cuddle!! - 2 bedroom (available room is the one with the pink blanket on the bed/white bedspread)
