Roommate

Hi! I’m Isabella, 25, and I’m currently in the MPH/PA dual-degree program at Arcadia University. I’m looking for a female roommate and hoping to move closer to campus around late September. I’m open to either finding a 2-bedroom apartment together or joining someone who already has a room available. Ideally, I’m looking around Glenside, Elkins Park, Jenkintown, Abington, or nearby areas within a short drive of Arcadia.

I’m very interested in Brookview Apartments in Elkins Park, which is only a short drive from Arcadia. I have not signed a lease yet, so I’m looking for someone who would want to tour/look at a 2-bedroom together before committing. The apartments have in-unit washer/dryer, AC, parking, a private balcony/patio, dishwasher, pool, and fitness center. A 2-bedroom is around $1,875 total, so rent would be approximately $940 each before utilities. I’m very clean, organized, respectful, and friendly. I’ll be busy with graduate school, but I’d love to have a roommate I can actually be comfortable and friendly with rather than feeling like strangers living together. I’m also open to other apartments close to Arcadia if we find something that works better for both of us. Message me if you’re interested!
