Hi! My name is Katie. I recently accepted a new job in the Detroit area and I’m currently looking to rent a bedroom while I work toward eventually getting a place of my own. I had been staying with a friend, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I’m now looking for a new living arrangement as soon as possible. A little about me: I work in education and absolutely love working with kids. I’m friendly, outgoing, respectful, and pretty easygoing. I enjoy music, reading, photography, being outdoors, and having cozy nights at home. I definitely appreciate having my own downtime and personal space, but I also enjoy having a roommate I can talk to and feel comfortable around. I do have one cat, Pumpkin, who is basically one big lovable fluff ball. 🐱💕 She’s a huge part of my life, so I’m looking for a cat-friendly home where we can both feel comfortable. I’d be happy to talk more, answer any questions, and get to know each other to see if we’d be a good roommate fit!
