Hi everyone! My name is Naz, and I’m looking for a roommate to take the master in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in the Wynwood/Midtown area available for move in ASAP or starting September. Rent is $1,800/month, which includes parking and trash. Utilities are just electricity and Wi-Fi, which usually come out to around $50/month. A little about me: I’m 23 years old and just graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Architecture. I’ve been living in this building for about a year and absolutely love it. It’s in a great location, close to everything, and the building has a calm, friendly atmosphere with mostly families and young professionals. I’m clean, organized, and like keeping the apartment cozy and inviting. I love lighting candles in the evening and appreciate having a peaceful, comfortable home to come back to. I’m also pretty active; I enjoy going to hot yoga, and there are a lot of great spots nearby in the area. I already have a couch and some living room furniture, so the common space would already be mostly furnished. The apartment has a great layout; both bedrooms are spacious and on opposite sides of the unit for extra privacy. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with double sinks, making it feel like you each have your own space.
