Emergency! Need to Move in at September 1st If any furnished room is available near to UES. Please DM me ASAP. Ideally a rent duration is 2-3 months, but it is possible to sign a lease for a longer period. So Sublease and Lease is all welcomed. My budget is $1300-$1500. I’m easy going, clean, tide, organized, respectful and communicative. I have a healthy schedule routine. I love running, walking, and doing exercise. At spare time, I love exploring the cafe, bakery, and restaurant in the city. I also love visiting museums, spotting galleries and going to concerts.
