I’m looking to move but I want to do my landlord the favor of getting some leads for her as I am moving from the room. The house is near downtown concord available for viewing aug 25th. The house is a 5-10 minute walk away from the bart station for easy commuting, close to todo santos plaza which offers many different food options. Great location for anyone looking for convenience, walkability, and easy transportation. Comes furnished with queen bed, dresser, mirror and armoires for plenty of storage. All utilities are included, No pets please, 1 person only
