I am renting a bedroom with a private bathroom, shared kitchen, and shared living room. Looking for a male roommate. Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rent. Ideal for single military personnel or young, starting graduates. No drugs, smoking, or pets.
What is needed:
Proof of employment, a $950 security deposit, the first month of rent, and some of your information for a background check, or proof of an active security clearance.
The lease starts as a four-month term and becomes month-to-month afterward.
My place is minutes from the Submarine Base, Pfizer, and Electric Boat.
