Hi all - I have two rooms available for rent in a spacious 4 bedroom house (2500 sq ft). You will also be sharing the house with 2 other people, including 1 person who is currently lives there (a young professional who works nearby in RTP). Utilities, internet ( Fiber), and lawn maintenance are all split equally amongst everyone in the house. There is lots of extra room for storage in the garage and there is a giant bonus room that serves as a guest bedroom and rec room as well. Long term leases (6 months - 1 year) are preferred, but we can discuss if you need a term shorter or longer than that. Security deposit and first month’s rent is required to secure the room. Each of the bedrooms available are roughly (12x11) with a shared bathroom and a good size double door closet. Each bedroom is $585/month. Both are available immediately. Room can come furnished if needed. A little more about the house: -The house is located in the Ridgemont subdivision of Morrisville (right off of Davis Dr. and Morrisville Carpenter Rd). Great for commuting to RTP. -Super convenient to I-40 (20 mins to downtown Durham or Raleigh, close to Cary and Apex as well) -Bright and cheery inside the house (lots of natural light and space!) -Great oversized deck in the back that’s perfect for grilling & relaxing (There are grills and patio furniture.) -Stainless steel appliances and tile in the kitchen. -Garage parking space is available for an additional monthly fee.
