Room for rent

Hi! I live in a townhouse in a quiet neighborhood in Alexandria near four mile run park. My house is within walking distance to parks, grocery stores, a bus stop, bike shares and lots of restaurants. I have one guest room to rent out and that includes the private access to a bathroom as well. I have two friendly dogs, am a school librarian who loves being outside and spending time with friends and family.
