I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a nice area of Sebastian, Florida. The home is only about 3 years old, with newer furniture, appliances, and plenty of space. You’ll have your own private bedroom and your own private bathroom, so there’s plenty of privacy and personal space. Rent: $900/month — utilities included. Since the home and most of the furnishings are fairly new, I’m looking for someone who will treat the place with the same care they would their own home. There is also a small requirement for renter/homeowners insurance, which typically runs around $10–$15 per month.
