CO-LIVING FOR MOMS and CHILDREN

I have a fully furnished private room with private bath available for rent in Forest Park, Georgia. I am asking $225 per week. All utilities, wifi PLUS and access to washer and dryer. Room available August 1, 2026. $100 security deposit. I do have a 4 1/2 pound yorkie. I do not allow additional pets. Seeking a professional working single female. May consider a mom with 1 child. No couples Currently 1 female live in the home. Also my teenage son who will be leaving for college in August. 3 month lease initially. Will extend if things go well.
